- Here at Lara's Little Hedgies, I handle the babies daily from the age of 1 1/2 to 2 weeks to ensure proper socialization.
- I price my babies for $105 and up depending on sex and color.
- Babies are ready to leave for their new homes at 6-7 weeks of age. This all depends on size of litter and how well babies are eating and drinking on their own.

On day of pick-up, I like to see that each new owner has the following supplies to ensure that they are properly prepared:
- Cage with a solid bottom (a minimum of 2 square feet, but I highly recommend more)
- 8 oz. water bottle or a water bowl depending on the hedgie
- Food crock
- 12 inch diameter wheel with a solid running surface
- Hidey spot (plastic igloos work fine, but hedgies prefer sleeping bags, which I sell)
- Bedding (no cedar-it is poisonous to hedgehogs!)
- Food (no Vitakraft, Brown's, Pretty Pet, etc.)
If you have any questions about the required items, please feel free to ask. 
If the required items are not brought with the new owner on the day of pick-up, I will not allow the baby to leave with them.
